Sig Chi is top tier but NO WAY top house... anyone whose saying that they are on here look at the names... "sorority girl" "greek blondie" clearly SigChis.... theyre fun and cool but there are also plenty of extremly awkward guys. Idk id have them pike and sigep as top houses but SigEp/Pike are the ones battling for actual TOP HOUSE status

Top tier house, might be #1 but i wouldn't say they have it locked up. What youd expect out of a fraternity... polo ralph lauren, chubbies, ray-bans... you get the picture. overall theyre my favorite house but can be kinda douchey at times

Delta Chis always have the best parties. I spend every weekend at this house, and they never let me down. They may seem kinda douchey, but deep down they are the most genuine fraternity gentlemen I have ever met. I love the boys in this house, and they are great guys.
