Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.0 Upper Middle to Top Tier. the one thing I will say that is bad about them is that they have only been around for a couple years so they are kind of new. Other than that they are probably one of the best ones to rush

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 I didnt end up rushing Phi Delt but I told them I was accepting my bid from SNU and they supported me rather than bash me. Very genuine people in this frat. and I’m sure once they get that third house on row they will be be a top 2-3 frat
