Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 These guys are an absolute joke, they think they’re on the same level as on row fraternity which is pathetic to think, only one they’re close to is theta xi and that’s even pushing it a little bit, they’ll bud anyone with a pulse and self report themselves on this to make them feel better

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.7 They used to throw the biggest parties out of all frats a couple years ago but they have been slowing down recently. They're equal to most frats here and people don't really see them as 'off-row' even though they are

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 They are pretty fun and have a lot of guys who are chill. Their issues aren't as bad as people below make them seem, probably because jealous SXs and KAs are mad they get better turnouts at parties. Idk they could be more selective I guess and they are not as close as some other frats here.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.2 Last spring this fraternity had over half its members go inactive due to their treasurer at the time not paying their alum rent for their houses. They are now 36k in debt and are losing one of their houses because their alum don’t respect them anymore

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 This frat is filled with kids who wished they joined an on row frat but couldn’t. They try to get sae, sig chi, and theta xi in trouble all the time with the hopes of taking one of their houses. Phi delt will be losing one of their houses next year because of their crippling debt to their alum.
