Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.7 They seem like a good frat but I heard they are really soft especially to their pledges. So for that, they lose alot of points. Pledgeship shouldnt be easy for any frats

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 I didnt end up rushing Phi Delt but I told them I was accepting my bid from SNU and they supported me rather than bash me. Very genuine people in this frat. and I’m sure once they get that third house on row they will be be a top 2-3 frat

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 Very involved frat. Wins every sorority competition or finish in the top 3. Parties every week or two with 600-800 people. Treats everyone well. 2 Houses. Does alot for the community and has one of the cheapest dues.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 phi delt gets a lot of hate from other frats and i’m not sure why. i think going to homecoming with kkg wasn’t a good look considering lots of people don’t like kkg. as a woman i always feel comfortable and safe at phi delt parties and date nights. the men are super sweet and respectful and care a lot about brotherhood. i think the reason people claim that they “get no play” is because a lot of the brothers have committed long term relationships, which in the long run is more important than random hookups in my opinion. if you’re looking to rush a frat with a close brotherhood and fun social life, rush phi delt
