People either love Pi Phi or hate them. All 5s and 1s it seems. Going though rush, EVERYONE knew Pi Phi is a top tier house. The girls either wanted to be a Pi Phi, or tried to impress them, or were scared of them.

Honestly, Alpha Phis are known at state for being the most attractive sorority. However, they are the sorority which is known for being "partiers" which does lower their reputation. The girls I know in alpha phi are super chill and pretty. If I were to rush I am positive I would chose this house though.
