Firstly--they are STILL core 4! Phi Mu is not above PSS, the rankings are off. PSS has great, pretty, and chill girls.

OK I would rank them higher because they deserve it but they shouldn't be so high up on this website. Sooo...yeah. They're great girls, really sweet, and love each other. But they're not top 3 right now.
