I'm not in a frat but I hang out with the Greek life all the time, these guys are chill! I've been at CSUF for 3yrs now and Pi Kapp seems to win EVERYTHING every single year, other frats try to say their house is top, but from what I've seen I'd have to say Pi Kapp house is definitely top house!

Too bad the 6/7 banners, one they tied for since they lost in competition and had to share with phi tau. Then called it a sweep week which sadly it isnt. Its good to see some ppl still obsess over a house that used to be good.
