Unfortunately they’re not okay dudes. It reflects very poorly on their chapter that their president seems to rep Pike more than her own sorority. Seems like her loyalties lie somewhere other than DG.

When you said this I thought you were referring to the Delta Gamma insta...but you’re talking about the presidents personal instagram....? It’s literally her own page and space lol. Greek life is a community not a divided space. She got dream girl for good reason , clearly she deserves it. So why not rep it?

What and who now ?? I can tell everyone for a FACT, that the president did not comment on this forum and would NEVER. Like come on now...do better. The president works so hard, and works many countless hours to make the delta gamma chapter the best as possible. She worked way too hard for this position. And for people to bash like this is kind of ridiculous.

I can tell you that ATLEAST half of them do not support pike and agree that it’s hella embarrassing, their presidential race was EXTREMELY close if you were wondering

No one cares if the presidential election was close, that was months ago... may have been close but someone still had more votes over the other so I don’t get your point. Also what does it matter if half of chapter “hates” pike, I am sure half of chapter doesn’t like other chapters of the Greek community. That being said I think the entirety of Greek life as a whole has its preferences of who they like and don’t like. That’s life, get over it.

The issue it’s so much what she does in her personal time. It goes along with the fact that when a member of delta gamma was assaulted, the chapter refused to ban the guy who did it from their events, and the president essentially called the girl a LIAR because “pike is a great group” (not a direct quote, but along the lines). Meanwhile, the same thing happened in another Panhellenic sorority, and that whole frat who the man belonged to is not allowed at their events, as they tried to defend him and call the woman a liar. The same situation was handled very differently in both cases, and the way dg chose to handle it was wrong. At the time the current president was not their president, would I will clarify she was one of the people who just kept Cali g her own sister a liar, just because she liked the frat,

Yeah supporting sisters is also supporting your president. Have an issue? Take it up with someone else, rather than speaking about it over an anonymous forum where no one knows who you are/if you are some random person who has no correlation. Rethink about what supporting your sisters means. Because I am not seeing it here, and I have not seen it amongst the chapter as a whole. Take time to rethink. Come on it’s 2021. People should do better and be better, rather than speaking here where anyone can say things out of their ass with no rhyme or reason.

This has gone way too far. Speaking as someone not in pike or dg, the dg pres has been nothing but nice to me and everyone else I know. The amount of lies and rumours in this comment section is horrific. From my understanding, anytime there has been an incident, dg has banned that person from their house and events. Anyone else notice how they have only had ONE exchange with a frat in the last year? From what I have seen and heard their president has put her own personal life aside for this chapter. I honestly feel bad for the harassement towards her when she is a genuinely nice person. Not to mention that I have been around just as long as her and she was not at all involved in the situation mentioned above. From what I remember, she wasn't even friends with them at the time. Leave this poor girl alone.
