Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.5 Probably my favorite house on the row, new pledge class is great, but the hottest guy in the pledge class doesn't like people of the female species:(. Definitely the least creepy house on the row, not as fun as lambda or TKE, but they are right after them.
