Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 I passed out at a party on a couch in the Phi Delt house this last semester. I woke to find someone had put a blanket over me and left a cold bottle water to drink when I woke up. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I found they had fixed my make-up and hair and I looked great! These guys are the best!

They create an exceptionally welcoming environment and always provide a great time. These guys are true gentlemen who are respectful and kind (which is lacking at other houses on the row). The newest pledge class is filled with amazing guys and I'll definitely be attending more of their events.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.4 They're very nice and involved guys. Constantly throwing events on the row. Overall, good pick for us to go, but there are awkward moments where guys make a move too fast. But they have good themes for parties.

Can we put some respect on Phi Delt's name?? Every girl I've spoken with feels safe there and they've thrown some fun darties/mixers with houses like Adpi, DG, and Tri Delt this year. They've got a great PC this semester and the strongest brotherhood on the row. I would not be surprised if Phi Delt moves up in the rankings over the next year.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.7 Honestly the most underrated fraternity on the row. No, they are not the equivalent of the top 3, but every semester these guys always steal top guys from other houses, and overall are some of the most likeable and respectable people at SC. If they can raise the quality of their brothers on average to their best guys, this house will go up.
