Phi Delt has over 80+ members.... you can't be on the row with anywhere near 25 members

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 A group of good guys, real strong brotherhood. They throw parties and many mixers but most are not at their house but at clubs or other venues. A good Top Middle tier house. Their Philanthropy Phi Delt Puppies is always fun!!! Their parties like ski lodge were real good too!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 I absolutely love this house. All the guys are very friendly and they are not obsessed with social standing/rank so they will treat you like a human no matter what house you are from. Every time I hangout with them they are a great time. They are a little bit of a younger house (all the older guys left when they got on social probation), but I think that just means they wont drop in ranking come graduation because not many guys will be leaving.
