Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.8 Phi Delt had a really cute pledge class this year, their parties are fun and I always feel super comfortable/ have a great time when I go there. The guys are so cool and fun but not mean/entitled/pretentio us like some of the other houses on the row. Not ranked a top house like phi psi etc, but definitely top middle tier and still on the rise! (if you even care about rankings!) love phi delt
