What’s the deal with theta xi?

What happened to the chapter? Will they ever come back to campus? I heard they have good alum and used to be a fun group with throwing parties at their house.

Got kicked off around Spring 2019 and they were able to comeback for 2021 but no one has heard from any of their alumni/nationals to restart their chapter
