Kappa sigma and theta chi

So just realized kappa sigma and theta chi no longer have houses in the village, why is this? Only leaves sig tau, delt, and pike with houses there.

Greek on campus housing is awful for the price you pay. Roughly $3000 for a run down dorm with strict rules. Those fraternities couldn’t fill their houses so to not accumulate debt and get kicked off campus they didn’t resign their leases

Greek village is almost 20 years old. They need to make it nice and lax the rules. Or Fraternities could go with off campus and do what they want. The sorority houses are kept nice though.
