Love these guys. There brotherhood could definitely use some work but other than that every fraternity and sorority has an off year. They are great! They don't "give out bids to everyone". But to be in their fraternity you have to definitely want to be a Greek and put the effort into not just partying but helping build the fraternity. They don't let their guys off easy.

worst on campus besides tke and pike, but those aren't even considered real fraternities. even theta chi is passing them up

At the same orientation, these girls were the other girls that weren't fake. They were times when the conversation got awkward, but they didn't try to cover it up or be someone that they weren't! I admired that about them.

At the same orientation, I had lunch with a girl from Theta. She really encouraged my whole table to sign up for rush. She was really down to earth and even remembered me during the club browse later that day. They were the nicest and most genuine of all of the sororities I met that day! All the girls in my table group thought so too!

I recently met these girls as I was waiting on them at a restaurant. At first I was slightly intimidated to walk up to the table but when I did they were so nice. We held conversations passed what would you like to eat. I truly did not feel like an outsider for once. Beside the fact that they are all stunning they have really great personalities and sweet hearts.
