interested new member ?
by: rowI was interested in rushing in the fall. From orientation, my top 3 right now are chi phi, pi kappa phi and delt tau delta. I was just wondering what people at utd thought about those fraternities?

From personal experience most incoming students meet the social orientation leaders, which are mostly Chi Phis, and think that rushing that particular fraternity will be the best choice. I was in the same boat as you and it took getting to actually know the Chi Phis to realize that they were not the ones that I was looking for. Get to know members of each fraternity and try to meet other members that are not usually at the social events, most fraternities try sending out their most social or good looking brothers and when you meet the other brothers you realize that some of them are goobers, douches or weirdos. Just have caution when selecting a fraternity, it's a lifelong thing, you can expect the guys to be there at your wedding and funeral. Good luck.
