Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 1.9 They used to be top house but now they arent even close. Heard rumors about them roofing girls at parties. Few good guys. Only fraternity on campus who thinks that they are top house.
