They have recently moved to being a "top tier" frat, idk how long that will last, since it's seems like it's getting to their heads. They used to be the really chill, sweet fraternity, but now try to make a move on everything. They are seen as the "try-hard" fraternities and they really want to be "frat", but it doesn't come off that way. There are plenty of really nice guys in the frat though.

Super chill group of guys! Their house parties used to be good, not so much anymore after not having a house to party in for a year, now they have several so I'm optimistic. Their theme parties are still great! Their attractiveness can range, there are some super hot, athletic guys and some others that just need to be hidden away (sorry!) most decent looking though.

Yeah great job on recruiting all girls who are either predominantly white or skinny. Not welcoming at all. Only judgmental and concerned with popularity or what will make themselves look good. No care whatsoever on the girl herself or what she can bring to the sorority in terms of sisterhood, responsibility and ableness.
