Not a fan. They have creepy guys and the entire fraternity carries its itself as though they are above everyone else. Most of them are arrogant and need to get off their high horses. If they continue at this rate, they'll slide down really quickly.

Def a top tier fraternity, shares the tophouse spot with Delt. The other fraternities can’t even compare to these two. Delt and pi kapp should honestly throw a party together. Overall Pi Kapp is a really good frat here lots of good looking asins

I think Chi Phi is making a pretty big comeback after having a few problems the past few years. The majority of the brothers I know are nice people. They seem to be making a lot of efforts to rise back to the very top again, so i'm excited to see what the future has in store for them.
