I've been a friend of this chapter for years and I've watched them improve A LOT. They are so much better now than they ever have been before, and truthfully are better than a lot of the Fraternities on campus. Anyone who says otherwise is in one of the Fraternities that is falling off and doesn't want to give any ground to FIJI. Y'all need to stop hating because someone is doing something better than you.

Very good parties and very attractive guys. They've had problems with tape in the past, and are in big trouble with the school and nationally. Only really bring parties to the table, nothing else.

A few cool guys, but most of them just seem like geeds; cargo shorts, longboards, and e-cigs. They throw a few good parties every now and then but that's it. A lot of try hards too like that Andrew guy. Mid to bottom tier overall.

Pi Kapp and SAE used to be both top tier until the recent issues with SAE. Great group of guys, all good looking, just need better relations with sororities and a more parties. Some of the girls invited to the parties can be questionable though. Again, just better relations with sororities.
