Great brotherhood but mainly average in other stuff

werent very good their first few semesters but have picked it up. So far they've been the best this year and had a good PC

Great group of classy dudes who have great values Almost all of the guys treat other sorority girls and non Greek life people with respect and care about everyone. They seem like a close knit group of brothers who have a lot of fun

Not a bad group of guys Kind of vulgar to be around I don't think they are top house

The guys at Chi Phi are all great guys by themselves but they never do anything brotherly unless it's at a party or at a volunteer event. There are some guys who are very rude and have a foul mouth, this gets annoying really fast and it looks very bad on the fraternity as a whole. The guys at Chi Phi went from being the stereotypical nerdy fraternity to the rude and douchy fraternity that they are slowly becoming. They honestly are not seen in such a positive light as they once were.

The guys at FIJI are all great people to be around and hang out with. They have a great sense of brotherhood and are very humble and selfless. I wish they would through parties more often and maybe get a bigger more spacious house but overall these guys are all lifelong friends.

LOL these girls sure know how to party, so that's something.

Entitled group of guys who are stuck up at first but they're really sweet once you get to know them! They have a lot of the rich guys at UTD which is nice because they have the most expensive parties

Theta is top. But for how long? Everything looks great on the outside! Hottest pledge class. Hottest actives. President Vic is the perfect face for Theta. Highest GPA. Great philanthropic events. But, your sisterhood is cliquey AF. One mistake can easily bring you down girls. Tread carefully. xoxo
