C'mon guys, lets be real here. Phi Delts are the new guys, they are still the worst fraternity at this school (except for MAYBE Kappa Sig). What I like about them is because they are so new, they have very little drama, and are generally nice people. But they don't have a house for parties, and all but like 5-10 of them are nobodies. In a few years they might get somewhere. But right now? Bottoms tier.

Very confused about all of the "no campus involvement" posts because I have noticed them participating in on campus events more than other sororities. Very well-rounded, genuine girls. The most fun to hang out with, for sure.
