Love kappa sig, it looks like they always have so much fun when I drive by. I was there last weekend and they showed me where they all pee, it’s on some kids door who lives in the house. He always gets super mad and then they all follow him around filming him as he tries to fight the guy who pissed. They really just care about the boys, 10/10 fraternity

I don't know if you guys bought a new sound system or what but my house is literally SHAKING every weekend because of the bass. Their president is extremely disrespectful towards myself and the guests we have stay here at the bed and breakfast. He will usually respond with something like "wyd tonight" after I ask him to politely turn the music down. We have lost over $20,000 in the last year due to refunding guests for their uncomfortable stays next to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. I saw one super jacked kid (could probably bench 335) pissing on our Lang house sign the other weekend. Could not ask for worse neighbors. With that being said, Rush the hut you will have a time.

These boys are so disrespectful! Some jacked man named Alex tried to bench 305 in our gym today but he was wearing a Kappa Sigma hoodie so we told him to go F himself. Worst fraternity at UVM by far, we hope to buy their property someday and restore it to its former glory as a Pizza Hut establishment for our students.

They came to a charity event for sick kids and the first thing they did was go straight to a back corner to hide. I heard them talking about how they were only there because they had to go. Did not participate in anything and left food and trash everywhere. Terrible attitudes, terrible girls
