Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 4.9 Alpha Gams are genuinely nice people. They don’t let their status as a top house get to their heads and they have a seemingly real sisterhood. I see Alpha Gams everywhere. Their downfall is their over commitment- very involved group of girls.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 2.4 Alpha Gam is the snobbiest sorority on campus. Every year they only pride themselves on greek awards (which is fine) except that their entire sisterhood is awful. Every time I have hung out with an Alpha Gam, all they want to do is talk down about their sisters. It’s sad to see because that’s not what greek life is about. All their members I’ve spoken to said it was great in the beginning but once they were initiated everything goes downhill… fake friends, annoying commitments and rules, etc. Their GPA requirement is very high.

I don’t see them out partying too much but they seem to all really get along with each other and have their priorities straight. I will say if your grades aren’t at least slightly above average you may have a hard time getting in unless you have previous connections with some girls or can really form a great connection in conversation with them. Some girls in this chapter are also SUPER involved in on campus organizations

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 3.5 the girls I know in there are super nice, however I have heard some really terrible things about Gam. Literally the highest standards ever. If you want a sorority that will judge/monitor every little thing you do, then this is the one for you! They do a lot for their philanthropy and probably raise the most money/volunteer out of all the sororities.
