This house is awesome and never disappoints. This house gets a bad rep for things that have happened in the past but, is a fun house with great guys. The brotherhood is imminent here, they offer great philanthropy events, have great guys, and know how to throw down in the squib. This house is on the come up and will be a top house within the next 1-2 years at their current rate if not sooner.

I love this house because they do not throw parties. They are party animals at heart but, just cannot deliver with parties just like in the bedroom. It is tough to please a girl when you only know how to please a guy. I totally love this frat.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE BOTTOM HOUSE. THESE BOYS HAVE THE BIGGEST 3 INCHERS EVER AND ALWAYS FAIL TO MAKE ME FINISH!!! I LOVE THESE BOYS AND THEIR SUCCESS AT BEING YOUNG MAN-CHILDS.

I’m not a Gphi, but I really wanted to be. I’m okay with the house I’m in right now, but I wanted to be in Gphi. They are very smart, talkative, classy, and hardworking. Every single Gphi I have talked to and know, are very genuine

Thetas are really friendly and kind. When they’re out they’re always willing to help people who need it (even if they’re not in their sorority). Thetas are also super smart and care a lot about their community service. They also have a really good location for going out and are next to top frats.

These group of boys are very protective over each other in a toxic way. They have been known to lay hands on a girl because they were “protecting their brother”. Very immature and awkward. Half of their pledge class dropped because they are weird and lame. They’re a dry house and super boring. I have little to no respect for this house.

The house itself it valued at over 3.3 million dollars. However, their chef sucks a lot. They do have two hamsters but one of them is clearly favored over the other. The boys are heavily alcoholics but it’s okay. Stale cookies but the piano is in-tune.
