I love this house because they do not throw parties. They are party animals at heart but, just cannot deliver with parties just like in the bedroom. It is tough to please a girl when you only know how to please a guy. I totally love this frat.

Like someone else said since their not apart of the IFC it's hard to compare them to other IFC houses, they're nice men in a historically black Fraternity and the few I've met have been very nice people. There should be another list for no IFC houses.

Really just a group of guys that parties. not recognized by the university and basically a fake fraternity. if that's your style than go for it. just be aware of these people self rating themselves, ask someone you know at the university for their most honest opinion or just visit yourself
