pi kappa phi vs d chi

I'm rushing this spring and for me it comes down to these two houses Pi kappa and d chi. I like them both but I don't know which fraternity where I will be better off in.

Pi Kappa for sure, I'm in the same situation but pi kappa and SAE are gonna be top houses in about two years. only thing d chi got going for them is the house. its super nice.

D Chi. They're much better in all aspects and pi kapps are a bunch of jerks with low gpas. D Chi Is getting off probation so they'll be lit again

I'm doing pi kapp too but I'm going to rush delta chi just in case I feel like I fit in both but I just need more time around the guys
