Sigma Chi's Nation office owned that house. Tunney sold it to Young America before any fraternity could buy it. It'll be demolished by YA

I work for YA, this is true, the company is helping them because the school tried to screw them over.

Also work for YA. YA had the option to demolish the house to build an addition to the lodge but SAE offered them enough to where they're going to allow them to sign a 3 year lease and break their lease at their current house. SAE has the house filled for next year already but whether or not they'll be able to get enough money to keep it remains to be seen.
