what to rush

Honestly cost wise and just better bunch of people wise which fraternity should I rush I'm a freshmen who should I rush in the spring or next fall probably next fall? I have a few in mind sae,ato,alpha sig,pi kappa phi and which is better spring rush or fall rush ?
