Gphi is not top and Adpi is not that high...

1. ZTA, DZ (imo, Zeta is better but they're both considered top depending on who you talk to)
2. GPhi, Phi Sig (Gphi has been at this spot for years. phi sig JUST made it here... Used to be pretty comparable to 3 spot houses)
3. AGD, DDD (overall average; diverse girls, but everybody likes them. Still party with top frats a lot. Probably the worst chapter homes on campus-in need of renovations)
4. ADPi (super weird mix of girls but they really love each other)
5. Tri Sig (have put in an amazing effort to have a presence on campus; got their house back after losing it several years back)
6. AOII (new but did a good job recruiting a good mix of girls)
7. Pi Phi (similar to ADPi in make up of girls but ADPi does a good job at recruitment and retention which puts them higher)
8. Chi O because apparently everybody hates them.
