Who knows anymore. Sig chi is getting screwed, all fraternities are on some sort of probation but without any probation factored in:

Sig chi
Pi kapp/Dchi
Asig/Sae
Agr/ATO
Phi psi/fiji (sororities hate you fiji)
Acacia/Aepi
Apa

But keep in mind, these rankings change significantly due to the fact some top listed fraternities can't even throw a party in their own house...
