Top tier is such a fluid thing at isu. Changes every single year. Instead I will give you the sororities that have the most impact on campus. These houses hang out with all the same guys (ΣΧ, ΠΚΦ, ΔΧ). All are respected (with a few exceptions in a house known to be very "easy".

Go for these houses (no particular order):
Phi sig
Zeta
DZ
Gphi
Chi o
And all tumblrs can be found on google
