predictions for fall rush 2015

top: ΣΧ/ΠΚΦ/ΔΧ
upper middle: ΑΣΦ/ΣΑΕ
middle: ΑΓΡ/ΑΤΟ
lower middle: ΦΚΨ
bottom: ACACIA/Farmhouse/ΑΕΠ
EXPLANATIONS:
ΣΧ- obviously top house that's left on campus. Location is good too. Expect a good pledge class.
ΠΚΦ- Recently chartered and growing in numbers. Probably more Pi Kapps than Sig Eps in the house now. All jokes aside they've done well sense coming on campus and I expect that to continue.
ΔΧ- Hanging on their last limb with the University but if they can make it they will be top tier. Great house & expect a good pledge class because of it.
ΑΣΦ- originally had them lower but taking D-sigs house makes me want to bump them up. Still a good amount of goobers but they recruited well last year & I'll put them as my dark horse for a good pledge class.
ΣΑΕ- Good group of guys that have grown a ton the last few years. Finally getting a house next year which will help them tremendously. expect them to do well in rush.
ΑΓΡ- Farmer boys that are going to recruit all the new farmer boys and remain top agricultural fraternity.
ΑΤΩ- Loss of the house is going to hurt them a lot. their 2 houses on Delanie are something but it's far from campus and will be hard to get freshman to come there. Personally believe they will do alright in the fall and hopefully try to gun for a better house for '16 school year.
ΦΚΨ/Farmhouse/ACACIA/ΑΕΠ- probably won't do very well in rush, dark horse to do good would probably be ΦΚΨ. would say more but I'm out of characters

Ehhh idk, AGR is in deep with the university. Be suprised to see them make it past 2015
