spring rush

I am interested in rushing a fraternity this upcoming spring and I was wondering if anyone can help me out by telling me which frats are stable and won't get kicked off campus within a year that I join?? Don't want to go through all the pledging just to have the house get kicked off. I would prefer a top house. Thanks!
