How do sororities gauge what house is a top house? Because the "top 5" pretty much all hang out with the same houses, are all attractive, and all have the same mixture of personalities. How do you come up with the top 3?

The too three chio dz and zeta hang out with pike sig chi and pick app who the last two houses in the top five do not.
