where is sig tau's old house?

I keep seeing people talk about who's taking over Sig Tau's old place, but where is it at?

It used to be on Kingsley court to the right of delta sig... It was an interesting lookinh brick and blue house... They tore it down after they were kicked off campus sadly, however it was in pretty bad shape

Damn I just looked it up and saw a picture of their house. That was probably the best house on campus. Why did they get kicked off and why did it get torn down? Why didn't another frat try and get it as their house?
