When recruitment starts they give you a little booklet which will give a basic financial break down of each chapter. Some are very expensive and some are fairly "reasonable" you could say, especially compared to the really expensive chapters. Its always the most expensive the first year because of new member fees and and various other one time fees. Also depending on how many extras you're wanting such as t-shirts,dances etc. But if you're wanting a real guess I would say anywhere between $1000 and $4000 for the whole year, again, depending in which chapter you join and what extras your willing to pay for.
