No way a top house drops to the bottom in the matter of a year or a bottom house gains to the top in the same said time... This probably the most desperate attempt to try and mess with girls who don't know any better... Too bad they will realize as soon as they see their first letters on the quad much less the first day of recruitment...

Sounds like someone has a huge problem with Pi Phi. You are making a fool of yourself by ripping on Pi Phi. I am in a top tiered sorority and can say that I am very proud of those girls and wish them lots of luck with rush this year!!!
