Lambda new house

Predictions on Lambs new house? Used to be Asig until they burned down kitchen and moved into old FIJI house(400 willow) at the time. Still has Asigs letters somewhat painted on the parking lot and its right behind KKG in that cul-de-sac. I think the school owns this property because it's being leased out to underclassmen students who werent able to live in the dorms for some reason at 711 Kingsley St. (used to be the old ISU frat row b4 the YA-apocalypse student housing buyout). It would be interesting to see what it does for them since it was good for Asig though not as good as current Dchi house was in terms of growing chapter size and ascending Frat rank. I think this house was originally built for Delta Sigma Phi (booted in 2014?) and it even still has their crest in the basement if you check archive zillow pics. I also saw that some guys from DeltSig jumped ship to Asig, funny enough giving your composites to liquor store's preserves them forever because 707 liquors on S. Main has Deltsig composites and Asig composites, some with overlapping names a year apart.
