by: Red birdHow difficult is it to recieve a bid from a quality fraternity? Are they very selective in a certain type or are they pretty open minded on who they give bids to?

If you are considering after college life, then you would want to join a house that has huge alumni networks like Sig Chi, Pike, SAE. The rest of the fraternities here are middle tier at best organizations. Dont think so? Talk to your friends who go to bigger schools and they will tell you the same. Maybe even consider starting a new fraternity. There are huge organizations not on campus yet like LXA or Kappa Sigs

All delta chi has is a house, so if you want to get laughed at in your letters when u tell all your friends who go to real schools u r a delta chi then rock on. i'd rather live in a nice apartment than a filthy frat house any day. Have fun having to share a bedroom with 2 other guys until you are 22. Don't believe it? Name one school delta chi is considered top tier other than here. SAE is light yeasr ahead of where d chi or any other house was in its first 9 months of existence. Join a riser , not a has been

SAE does not have a house or presence on this campus. I feel bad for you if you rush an apartment colony.... Maybe in 15 years they might get a house...
