new to greek life

I used to hate greeks, but I worked March Madness, and am considering rushing next year. I'll be 20 and a Sophomore.

Where do I start and what can I expect?

well, depends on if you are a girl or a guy! for girls - go into recruitment with an open mind and you'll end up where you belong. If your a guy- make sure to check out a couple houses-dont only rush just one!

During rush week, is there like a meeting to learn about how it works, or is it literally like I just show up at a house and ask to hear about them?

yes well I think guys have a meeting before formal rush starts and you get to hear a little about each chapter. then you just check them all out during that week! good luck!
