Middle/Low Tier: Tri Sig, Tri Delta
Low Tier: Pi Phi

Fraternities (no specific order among tiers):

Top tier: honestly I don’t believe any house is atm
Top/Middle Tier: SigChi, Pike, DChi
Middle Tier: DSig, ASig, ATO
Middle/Low Tier: FH, AGR, PhiPsi, SAE
Low Tier: Acacia

But who knows, Ill put it up for debate. Try to keep the hate to a minimum.

Yes SAE and Pi Kapps are middle if you mean popularity and throwing done which is all that matters. If being a good little boy and doing what you are supposed to is the measuring stick, then no. Both SAE and Pi Kapps have literally dwarfed the growth of any fraternities on campus as far as where they were their first year on campus. Thier growth is amazing. Took every one of the so called top houses, years and years to reach their membership numbers. Sounds like everyone is hearing footsteps......
