Anyone know who is taking over 306 Willow next year? I hear it's Tri Sigs.
Rumors are ATO and Sigma Chi are losing their houses. Anyone have any reliable info?
Who is moving into the old TKE, original LXA house?

It is owned by LXA but it was for sale on the market. I doubt ether of those 2 fraternities will end up getting it. Remember when a ton of different fraternities or sororities were supposedly getting 306 willow? look who ended up with it...

Yes, I don't know if I were in either of those orgs if I would want to. It is the coolest structure on campus, but it is really far from the good sororities and right in the middle of a residential neighborhood by the police station. Plus it may take a few years, but if LXA owns it, they will eventually get it back. I guess don't believe anything until it happens bc there's been a ton of rumors about who is going where. I have heard that Normal won't let any new fraternity houses be built but I'm not sure if that's true or not.

Tri Sigs have 306 next year. The guy was only considering giving it to them or Alpha Sigs and was debating one other fraternity. Tri sigs really wanted it since it was there original house and Alpha Sigs apparently backed out because of the high price the guy was charging. Ato and sig chi wont lose there house. Atos house only requires 10 people to sign to keep it and both ato and sig chi are recruiting enough members. LXA house is on the market for sale. The house is so run down and far of campus that idk why any fraternity would want it. And yes there is restrictions on getting any new fraternity houses built and it would be difficult but there is loop holes

if this is true, then how have we had all of these brand new apartment complexes built here?

I think LXA alums own the house and would take it back as they are resarting end of this semester. Does anyone know if that house is owned by LXA?
