DZ has always been top and I don’t see that changing. Nice house. Hot girls. Look fun during recruitment.
If pnms know about what happen at Chi O, they may drop from top. Will prob still get at least a decent pledge class though.
I could see Zeta climbing back up. They’ve always been a top house and overall are super desirable throughout recruitment. They were always the more “wholesome” top.
Phi Sig is confusing. I personally didn’t love them during recruitment but other girls seem to like them. I don’t see them rising to DZ and Chi O status but they are more popular than the middle houses. Will get hot party girls.
G Phi used to be more impressive/desirable. Is the same as AGD and Tri Delt now. With that being said, all three of these are solid mid tier houses. Their pledge classes are usually a pretty diverse mix. Everybody seems to have a good experience.
Kappa rose QUICKLY. I think it’s the nice house. Regardless, I get mixed feelings about how girls feel once they join. I see them keeping this spot however. Such a cute bid day theme last year.
ADPi is another confusing house. They get a diverse group, but They seem divided and cliquey. I do know many who are super cool though.
Tri Sig... honestly this house doesn’t get the credit they deserve. I don’t see a difference between them and ADPi, and they have a lot of really cool hot girls. I wouldn’t dismiss them just became they’re close to the bottom.
AOPi is currently at the bottom but that could change quickly. They didn’t have a house until this year so it was difficult selling the chapter to PNMs. I’m so interested to see their new pledge class.

OVERALL all the chapters here are pretty decent. I don’t think you should dismiss any of them. Go through with an open mind and really try to connect with the girls rather than the glam. In the end, the friendships are what matter most.

ChiO, Zeta and DZ are all too houses. Phi Sig is all over GR and they are not a top house.

DZ is very clearly the top house. All the girls are so beautiful and welcoming.
Zeta is close to DZ.
Chi O is also beautiful but scared by rumors
Phi Sig hot but seem sloppy
AGD and Tri Delt are the same. Seem sweet and cool. Strong sisterhood.
Gamma Phi eh typical middle. Lots a pretty girls
Kappa Some seem cool
Adpi I don’t know
Tri Sig they seem like they really love each other
