ISU Greek Life???

I might be transferring to ISU next fall and I just want to know what the Greek life scene is like there. I’m coming from U of I so I want to get a feel of what the Greek life is like here.

If this is coming from a guys perceptive. If you want a social life and be able to actually enjoy a college experience full of friends, drinking, and partying rush a higher tier frat. You’ll meet better looking girls and hang around cooler guys.

Yea I’m a dude. I mean I know not to rush lower tier frats. I was in an upper mid frat at U of I so I wanted to know how your Greek life is like in comparison since I am going to transfer

@rush, no thanks. Acacia WAS a top house at Illinois til they got kicked off. Wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing their letters. Who are the actual top houses here

Sad to say ISU Greek life is not even close to UIUC so prepare to be disappointed, as far as comparing the two coming from top frat at UIUC. if you want to do it to make friends as transfer, worth a shot depending on frat

No I haven’t. I wanted to see how my frat is at ISU first. Someone posted a ranking on here and everyone seemed to agree with that and my frat is surprisingly top tier here so I’m going to see if they’ll just let me join since I’m already a member in a different chapter

Not really a fair comparison because U of I is a bigger school so the Greek life there is more emphasized. If you want to have a social life here though definitely rush.
