it’s not even a debate fiji has the best physical house. sucks that d chi is gonna probably want it back in a year tho.

fiji looks nice on the outside but is nasty on the inside because they take parties upstairs

Fiji definitely has the nicest physical house, it’s huge and even though the inside is a little dirty it’s still super nice. Pi Kapp has a pretty big house but it’s absolutely disgusting inside. A Sig is average. I would say Acacia has the cleanest basement but a lot of people don’t like that it’s an apartment. The Sig Nu house isn’t great tbh and Kappa Sig is set up weird because it’s not meant to be a frat house so they just have parties on the main floor
