Srats
Top: DZ - Will be the singular top. They have a top class going into this year.
Low Top: Chi O, Phi Sig, Zeta - Zeta & Phi Sig will rise to be equal with Chi O. Chi O still is a top house but DZ did exceptionally well this year. Phi Sig has risen above Zeta.
Mid: Gphi, AGD, KKG - KKG and AGD are rising
Low Mid - Tri Delt
Frats
Top: Pi Kapp & Fiji, - These two houses will rise above A Sig this year firmly. A Sigs classes have been steadily declining. Pi Kapp rebounded strong after they got off probation. Fiji had a good year overall. Both have set themselves up for a strong year.
Low Top - A Sig
A Sig has a weak class going into their house. They have good numbers but pretty poor in quality. There are some very cool A Sigs still and will be a popular frat.
Mid: Sig Nu, Acacia, K Sig - All three have improved socially. but still have a long way to go to be socially relevant.
Low : Sig Pi

nah zeta has and always will have a good reputation they are a top house
gphi is a middle house but on the come down
kkg is on the come up
agd is just kinda there
bottom houses are tri delt, adpi, and then tri sig and aopi are interchangeable

I wouldn’t but tri delt on the same level as adpi, tri delt is low mid while adpi is definitely bottom

i’d say agd, kappa and tri delt are all mid tier along with gamma phi. adpi, aopi and tri sig are the bottom tier. agd and kappa are rising, tri delta and gamma phi are falling
