Honestly, the whole "ranks" thing just depends on looks for sororities. Pretty dumb, isn't it? So I guess hotter girls? For sororities they rarely ever change, so I wouldn't worry about it. Fraternities are a bit better because they're more based off of their parties and the girls they hang out with. Hotter girls, cooler frat
