I think that the LGBT community is already fully protected under the law and even has special benefits in the form of affirmative action. They should really stop being so aggressive and calling the rest of us "bigoted" just because we are living our own lives and not necessarily paying attention to them. I don't care what they do in their own bedroom, but their views should not be shoved down my throat. I love the Bible and I love God.

This poll is an act of violence against the LGBT community. How dare you say that we need to "be quiet", when we are being murdered across the globe? You need to check your privilege and realize that the oppressive heteronormative culture we live in is oppressive towards the LGBT community. For instance, I have approached and flirted with many men, who suddenly get uncomfortable when I mention I'm trans. That is an act of transphobia and bigotry by cishet males.

you know, the definition of a bigot is “someone who is intolerant towards those who hold different opinions” so technically you’re also a bigot. straight people don’t care if you’re LGBTQ, we just want everyone to mind their own business like we do. if a straight man doesn’t want to date you then move on to someone else straight women and bi women deal with that every day
