delta chi doesn't own their house. their house corp rents it for them, its not their house.

The housing corporation is a group of delta chi alumni who operate a non for profit housing corp, all the rent that is paid goes directly back into the house. so yea we own our house, That's how every fraternity who owns their house operates. If that's not the case their headquarters owns the house

No, you dont own your house dchi. Your housing corp rents your house from the company who owns it. The same company who has owned it since it was built and originally rented by sig eps. They couldnt fill it, so they had to break their lease, thats how you got it.You have a lease, its up in 2014. Every fraternuty that rents a house has a housing corporation. That doesnt mean you own your hous3. Its a matter of public record, you do not own your house, you are renters

I love when liars get defensive. Its not a big deal lol, u guys rent your house, face the truth. Mclean county public records are online. Same owner since house was built in 1987.

Don't put Delta Chi in the top tier because they are not. Only fraternities that can currently call themselves top tier are Pike and Sigma Chi, that's it. SAE is growing fast but they can't be included either but will be top tier before a clown house like D Chi is.Wow, we have a big structure and decent numbers. Good for you that's what dorks who know they aren't top tier say. No one cares about your house because most people want to live in luxury apartments, not puke covered, rat infested frat houses.

Every fraternity doesnt own their house. I know ato rents, 306 willow is a rental, delta chi rents, phi psi rents, pike rents, not sure about others.
